loved how accommodating the staff were, from late check outs to parking passes to late night trash pick ups

spacious double queen room, furniture and carpet nice, hot water, mostly quiet

the parking lot felt scary at night.

for us (with extra pet fee and taxes) but perhaps normal for this area

they had more ice machines and easier way to access pool from rooms

the laundry room had new machines and cost only $1

how to get there, where the elevators were located, what time breakfast was and where, where the laundry room

also, the bar and patio area were closed due to covid

the comfortable bed and check out time is 12 and i have a really cool pool area

there is a small bar with very limited food service in the lobby

pool

no information in room like pool hours or what is avail in restaurant or if they have room service

rooms, everything is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, bar and restaurant are a cut above many hotels

location, the hotel had its own restaurant & bar

$10 i was able to upgrade to a larger corner room with a view of the water and pool

vending machines ( for sodas, juice, water) no room service for when i m feeling lazy and don t feel like

wifi was poor. no drinking water was provided.

no wifi even if paid

i was happy moved to a room with a kitchen 15

there's an issue with their wifi, i can handle one night with no internet

free parking, room service every two or three days

free parking.

a good laundry and a hot drink machine

if you're a long stayer and request it, you'll be allowed to use their laundry room

breakfast limited

nice small gym facilities and pool

wifi was little slow but manageable and you can do your work

the pool area was easy to access and fun to use

was a little noisy at times with kids running up and down the hallway

close at 10pm and the hotel don t providence nice food except frozen food or dry food, and no bar , nothing

the parking was tight to say the least, but manageable

the tv & wifi& ac & heater worked very well

breakfast!!!!

good wifi

breakfast did surprise me

nice bed, clean, nice staff, nice grab and go breakfast foods.

complimentary breakfast was great

terrific loby, and sometime, it was noisy, the rooftop bar was often closed.

roof top bar was undergoing renovation.

special thanks to bar tenders barbie and kay who were both

rooftop bar has a nice view

only thing that could make it better would be a swimming pool

there is no kitchen so while there is a basic breakfast provided there's no option for lunch, dinner or room

new ev chargers are great

if they had a pool although spa was great

would have liked a few more handicap parking spots

really appreciated the airport shuttle service.

however, the hotel offered a refund of our taxi cost to get there and automatically offered a late check out

needed a place to stay near sfo that provided free airport shuttle

the kids in the pool and jacuzzi

wifi was spotty.

with the hot weather the pool looked inviting, but we did not have time to use it

clean, spacious, bright rooms, very fast wifi (about 80mbit/s).

a lot of parking space and a very convenient location

was clean, bed comfortable, kitchenette a bonus, people who work here very friendly and helpful

they even have a small pool which was well maintained

the property also has a laundry room and a deli shop, which was very convenient

very convenient the laundry for the guests

toilet too low bad wifi (really? in silicon valley?) noisy ac restaurant awful

kitchenette wasn't equipped other than a couple of margarita glasses and a toaster

is no restaurant or bar onsite, which is a disadvantage

restaurant on premise too pricey with small kids

plenty of pillows, bed was comfortable and wifi signal was reliable

free shuttle to airport

the airport convenience, shuttle, restaurant food & ambience, and most of all the staff.

wifi could have been stronger/faster

great continental breakfast

was some sort of disturbance with another guest which woke me up at 1am, as did the laundry truck every morning

the location is excelente, breakfast is very good

gym is great with a decent amount of brand new equipment

was below par, same for room service, price was higher then top hotels in top locations, we were misleaded by

parking lot very small it was a very tight squeeze

was excellent accomodated both early check in and late check out which made my work travel trip so much easier

even having a lot of wifi access point, the connection was unstable.

was excellent accomodated both early check in and late check out which made my work travel trip so much easier

parking was a bit difficult

s a big hotel, but at 10pm the restaurant has closed and no room service available

locatie, shuttelbus, gym, staff, restaurant and bar, vieuw

problem with booking, i booked 2 queen beds as travelling with 2 kids and was initially allocated 1 king

would have been nice to have room service as an option, but that is still not available post-pandemic

the wifi would not connect, and the front desk is not staffed after 6pm, or before 11 on a sunday

the kitchenette was a plus

wifi was not working but that is unusual apparently

we lucked out with a full retro-style kitchen which looked out over rooftops, the enclosed patio of the

room had everything we could think of needing, i love that there is no service charge added to room service and

had a lovely time in the pool

we loved the pool and jacuzzi area and sitting outside at fire pit tables in the evening

for once in california the swimming pool is a real pool in the courtyard (instead of a water tank in the parking

it is definitely not the right hotel for kids under 5, beds so tall that you are scared, if kids will fail down

free shuttle service helpful and friendliness of staff breakfast bed was comfy and room was big

the breakfast is also great

need to update they don t have a pool and that if you book a queen you re going to get a full, if you book
