i arrived a wee bit early and asked for an early check in

sheets were dirty it snowed and the sidewalk and parking lot were sheer ice i took a hard fall

room had a very cool remodel on the bathroom. pool look nice though we did not use it

it has a good vibe since the kids are acually studying there in the hall and the design is cool

it is nice to have a starbucks, games and an indoor golf area right in the hotel

i also liked that it had a restaurant and bar in the hotel as well as applebee's and starbucks attached, very

fun bar and convenient snack/drink bar near front desk

excellent hotel near the airport. equipped gym , shuttle to the terminal nice coffee shop

room service staff did not knock before entering the hotel room around 8:45am, which was unexpected

i liked the breakfast area. the staff let us use it for a family gathering (a short time).

it was close to a lot of things and to the mall. free internet with no wifi password.

love the shuttle to the airport and being able to keep my car here

were many people hanging out in the parking lot when we arrived at 10pm

parking spot usually set aside for handicap parking was set aside for police vehicles only

parking lot is kinda small but there were a lot of card-key doors to choose from so that made it

we chose this place because it is pet friendly and the ability to have our own kitchen and do laundry on-site

they have kitchens and i can make dinner

disappointed no shuttle bus to new football stadium hope that u guys will be able to run shuttle service once

the super friendly lady that answered the phone and said early check in was more than welcome when a room was

parking, early check in, hospitality for concert attendants, our wonderful host who made us feel so welcome

the pool and hot tube were great

they had a very extensive room service menu with delicious options for snacks, meals and dessert

unattended kids in pool esp with it being a small area

no free water, light by bed gets bright before you turn it off, no stationery, no unscented laundry

he could be in the bedroom sleeping and i could be active in the kitchen, dining and living room part of the

pool was too deep for younger kids.

top floor, nicest suite & next door full of underage kids drunk/fighting until 5am reported 2x no change/no

longer room service hours would be helpful but i understand.
