laundry equipment was lacking and costly

i arrived a wee bit early and asked for an early check in

loved the pool

right next to a light rail stop, free shuttle within 5 miles -- drop off and pick up, lots of choices for breakfast and a very clean room

the breakfast had a variety of items and the coffee was good

only thing that would have made this hotel perfect was if their shuttle went to the airport

there were alot of disappointed kids in the elevator

this hotel is one of the cleaners and fanciest place we've ever stayed at. my kids were amazed.

we were there to celebrate a kids birthday, and only having 1 hour in the pool was disappointing

there were some kids running up and down the hall screaming for a while but that was the parents' fault, not the

staff was particularly helpful in light of the surprise inspection of the pool, allowing me to do a late checkout so i could swim once the inspection was done--the existence

internet should be complimentary, the gym was really small and didn’t have pool or sauna

lobby bar service was excellent and the food was good and convenient

hotel bar and restaurant was also closed due to low occupancy (due to covid)

enjoyed large corner room. in the bar received free tea....very accomodating

in the bar area was very rude about our group using chairs from a near by area ( that was not being used

bed was not bad and pool was so nice after a long day of walking breakfest was also pretty damn good

free hot breakfast was delicious

we did not use pool

kids loved the breakfast, seconds on the pancakes

was very cold, kids did not mind but too cold for husband and myself
