when i asked where the fitness center was they were very rude
early in the morning was slower than we needed and missed our standby flight and wish they had shuttles more often, but otherwise, overall it was a great experience

kitchen and wait staff were very pleasant and helpful but reception desk and housekeeping left lots
breakfast should be from 6-9 or 6-10 on weekends

has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs
there was a lot of rowdy teenagers for the majority of my stay and i had young kids i didn’t feel comfortable bringing them down to swim
my kids had a great time
room was on frist floor fier pit was right at window all the kids played ball 2 oclock in morning that shoud never
nice buffet breakfast. enjoy the hot tub very much.

check in was superb but was not told the pool was non-useable at check-in reservation!!
an extra charge we could leave our car parked in their lot along with airport shuttle service to and from the airport when needed

room service and was told there was
our late supper (fantastic food and the bar is super fun with all sorts of board games, etc for kids and adults), and the 5 min shuttle ride to alaska air (-)kids playing foosball in the bar was very loud. (+) great for kids too (-) was grateful for pizza place that delivered, but that took an hour so instead of getting kids to sleep by 11 it was getting kids to sleep by midnight (-)bring your tooth brush or you might get a kids! (-) my family with 2 kids stood their very anxious and concerned over the mix up (+) kids toys were in shower (-) kids toys were in shower
