pool not always open

i used the laundry the dryer needs a warm hug

have a laundry room but no one can use it and the ice machine is always out of ice

had to used same towels because every time we went to office they would say laundry or idk what was closed

ac was a little too loud, blinds didn't close in the bathroom and kitchen, no basic amenities for cooking and some lady was a bit rude with the parking situation

only saw that people from the main telegraph street can come into the underground parking lot which was little uncomfortable because i saw drug addicts hanging near there

place feels new, staff was very helpful in accommodating parking for our small trailer

neighbors in a apartment complex since some of the people were literally there everyday bringing laundry and bikes up

it's close to my home that's what i love about it that me and my boyfriend can get away i have a pool and there are so many places to eat around the area away

we were next to the laundry room and it was really noisy

the pool was clean and the location is close to parks, coffee, grocery and tons of restaurants

we missed the continental breakfast.
