the wifi did not kick in

spa was amazing, perfect location and the food was also great

the wifi was poor, and the hooks up s for electronic devices were limited

a pet friendly room, the pullout sofa bed frame had some left over hair from the previous pet

the gym and hot tub amenities are gorgeous

in the restaurant was great and the rooftop bar had a great selection as well as a great bartender that had

the gym was small and was typically crowded, otherwise a good clean space to workout

no cleaning services unless requested and no room service.

i also liked the peloton bikes in the gym

i wish the gym had light weights (1, 2 and 3 pound) as i like to do light weight routines

we brought our wonderful pet and they welcomed him completely. the staff was great.

the pet fee was hidden. i was not informed until i checked in, that there was a $50 pet fee.

we took advantage of the sauna treatment at the spa which was really lovely and relaxing

parking on the island is limited, not impossible but i think that there were better option that we

as they carried on walking heavily, running, talking loudly, slamming doors and in some cases kids running up

more parking spaces!

junkies everywhere and needles/ works in the laundry room

the only thing i could complain about was the kids running up and down the hallway above us.

there are two buildings on site and you have to drive between them, but there is ample parking at both places
