more parking spaces!

as they carried on walking heavily, running, talking loudly, slamming doors and in some cases kids running up

parking on the island is limited, not impossible but i think that there were better option that we

parking could be a problem, if everyone had brought

although we did not check out the whisky bar or the armory lounge, they are quite beautiful and definitely

complimentary shuttle service to and from airport

the shuttle to the magic of christmas was so helpful and we just felt pampered

in the middle of town ,they had shuttle to hotel didn't have to rent a car for our stay

kids were running above us but it s ok christmas time not a major complaint to hotel

no cleaning services unless requested and no room service.

the gym was small and was typically crowded, otherwise a good clean space to workout

value for money, no room service - paid nearly $1000 for 2 nights and we had to make our bed, and with one

thought the staff was very friendly and helpful from the valet to the bartenders

and order breakfast at desk and pick up in kitchenette, very strange

not enough trash cans to dispose of pet waste bags (only located in valet area).

they also had a gym and pool- very clean

no daily housekeeping due to covid, room service for food options and food was great

don't ask them to fold your laundry

at the front desk, restaurant, bell man, shuttle driver were all very nice and helpful

- ridiculous that wifi is not free at such an expensive hotel

they also have a convenient shuttle service to the tourist destinations

no free wifi in rooms and breakfast is not included.

we used the spa also which was amazing as well

we loved the aesthetic of the hotel and the amenities - coffee shop/bar and lovely spa attached

disappointed in the resort fee add on-for services (car/gym) which we did not use

we took advantage of the sauna treatment at the spa which was really lovely and relaxing

nothing complimentary in the spa (not even sauna or meditation room

also room service says until 11pm but we called at 9 pm they said closed

wifi didn't even reach the room i booked, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not that great

the pet room for no extra charge

this morning there was trash all over the place in the laundry room

junkies everywhere and needles/ works in the laundry room

laundry soap, or quarters for laundry which they said they would provide

easy access to the highway and wifi worked well

the refrigerator and microwave were a nice touch.the pet area was spacious.

while we are pet lovers, the barking dog in the room next to us was annoying

parking lot was dark

bother us too much, as there was a great view of the pond with a fountain and the in ground pool, which was nice

having a laundry facility on site was nice but laundry room was not real clean and a detergent dispenser was

everything was great, the only thing that could use a pick up is the wifi signal

was amazed at when i asked for flower petals just fake ones for a romantic getaway and they really delivered

the kitchen was great for cooking and heating up food we brought with us

size of the room and breakfast had excellent choices

i would have rated this property 'excellent' if it had provided a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and iron
