was charged for the wifi when i was told a few times that i would not be charged

we enjoyed our light bar dinner before our event and the breakfast was very good the next morning

i would have preferred a more relaxing feel during my breakfast

we didn't explore the kitchen or laundry facilities but the room was very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms

but we all love the room because it has a full kitchen to cook that was the best part and the laundry room too

the hotel does not have its own parking, room service was over/- priced and of poor quality

was a problem on wifi and they took more than 3 days to solve it, after asking hundreds of time to fix it

the parking is a little tight. it was hard to park around the front in inclement winter weather.

ashley at the bar gave great recommendations about fun things to do in baltimore

they didn t utilize the outdoor bar area. it was only for special events.

you guys lead your quest into thinking that the breakfast is free with the choice of the room but it's not

location on the harbour, friendly helpful staff, beautiful property and good breakfast

the cost of the breakfast was outrageous.
