wifi worked good

clean with great parking

public area parking lot & hallway had trash but

snow was not removed from the parking lot.

liked the location, and that red roof inn allows us to bring a pet

big room esp the suite, comfortable beds, quiet, nice gym, nice staff

there super late but was still welcomed nicely

no coffee bar in the am. no fan in the bathroom. no premium channels on tv.

great bar and welcoming staff

not sure what is going on over there but my kids were with me and it was beyond unnacceptable

staff seemed very short handed so service was very slow in restaurants and for room service.

the gym equipment was probably pretty nice-once long ago

poor room service, unfriendly bar tender, noisy air conditioning

suite of services are not available post covid including mini store, laundry detergent and all the vending

have to keep relogging into wifi

we didn't explore the kitchen or laundry facilities but the room was very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms

common areas of the house (bathrooms, living, kitchen etc) were all extremely warm and humid, as there is no

house, good price, just the bed was a bit soft for my liking (ad is incorrect, yes there is great wifi access

allowed for early check in as requested.

saw rat in the kitchen

i would have preferred a more relaxing feel during my breakfast

we enjoyed our light bar dinner before our event and the breakfast was very good the next morning

breakfast was good

i ate a well prepared breakfast everyday and many meals were ordered at the bar in the evenings

and my wife enjoyed the starbucks in the lobby area amazing decor and a just absolutely wonderful breakfast with

no room service. dirty sheets and comforter.

made using the bathroom with my kids in the room a little awkward

hotel or the neighborhood/local spots to visit/transportation options; not much on the menu for kids/picky eaters

the cost of breakfast

beautiful place very pet friendly

the room had a mini kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, all equipped, easy to prepare a meal there

the room was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. this was a tremendous value for the cost.

accomodations were great, the gym, the laundry facilities and the overall comfort was great ud83dude03 so nothing

towels and washcloths were not cleaned properly, hairs and other materials (not lint) possibly pet hair left in

free laundry (you need to buy the soap, if you do not have)

each morning, they hosted a complimentary coffee bar and each evening, they hosted a complimentary wine tasting

spa suite was definitely worth it, and the view was incredible.

upgraded us to the xbox room complete with separate kids bunk room, delivered cookies and milk and a birthday

check-in was fast and the room service was great.

it states room service but there wasn't

very nice lobby area with nice bar and coffee shop

view from the gym was great!!

nice gym and pool

the decor, layout, staff, breakfast, bar was stellar as well

no breakfast included

delicious breakfast; great staff; strong culture

there were pet/urine stains on the carpet

also wish they had margaritas at the bar but was good with my vodka and

staff is very friendly and they were very willing to accommodate us at 1pm which is an early check in

loud at night because of the bar down below

people sleeping in cars in parking lot

roaches, no amenities, gym didn t work

i was upset that there was no in-room coffee pot (but there was a full kitchen) and no hair dryer

we had to go to corporate to get a refund on the so-called pet deposit

bad customer service nothing as advertised and horrible room service

fact that there were no complimentary water bottles in room and the fact that the restaurant bar in the hotel

a lot of kids in lobby playing

the bar opened at 4pm ..lol should be sooner

checked out on easter sunday, kids were happy for the whole day with the little treat and toys they got

no bar soap in room

wish there was a spa and a fireplace

i liked that there was a whiskey bar downstairs

the price, a heated pool, hot tub or spa service on premise would have been nice

staff, room service, decor

we ordered room service for breakfast. it was expensive but not very hot, or especially good.
