public area parking lot & hallway had trash but

snow was not removed from the parking lot.

liked the location, and that red roof inn allows us to bring a pet

big room esp the suite, comfortable beds, quiet, nice gym, nice staff

there super late but was still welcomed nicely

no coffee bar in the am. no fan in the bathroom. no premium channels on tv.

not sure what is going on over there but my kids were with me and it was beyond unnacceptable

staff seemed very short handed so service was very slow in restaurants and for room service.

the gym equipment was probably pretty nice-once long ago

ashley at the bar gave great recommendations about fun things to do in baltimore

love the svc and the room. the breakfast was the best tasting!

breakfast in the outer lounge was a little uncomfortable but the restaurant area was not open

not sure if there's a way to quality control that since i know hotels sometimes outsource laundry but just

staff was helpful and friendly, nice touches like macarons and stuffed animals for my kids
