no coffee bar in the am. no fan in the bathroom. no premium channels on tv.

great bar and welcoming staff

it would have been nice to have a swimming pool. however, the gym made up for not having a pool.

big room esp the suite, comfortable beds, quiet, nice gym, nice staff

the bar and bistro was not open

at their hotel, are you serious, i payed fot the movie and couldnt watch it except for timef, the wifi was the

the area around the hotel is nice but the people using this hotel (or using its parking lot) made me feel uneasy

the hotel is pet-friendly. next time i'll bring my dog

overall quiet at night, good lighting, lots of parking

wifi worked good

no comp breakfast and wifi..overnight parking expensive.

not having free breakfast...

not in room/ down the hall in a creepy ice machine room, no available luggage carts, charged for wifi (mcdonalds

was charged for the wifi when i was told a few times that i would not be charged

another small quibble - be sure your reservation includes the complimentary breakfast and free wifi - i was

free wifi, excellent check-in experience, location, parking

the breakfast and wifi could have been complimentary.

beds are a little hard, and i don t like that they locked guests out of the laundry at 11pm - that s when

booked a queen suit with a spa ( jetted tub) then was informed by staff that all the jetted tubs don't work

booking the hotel the room selection gives the impression that the queen room with jetted spa tub is a jacuzzi

allowed for early check in as requested.

house, good price, just the bed was a bit soft for my liking (ad is incorrect, yes there is great wifi access

the kitchen is kind of dirty

common areas of the house (bathrooms, living, kitchen etc) were all extremely warm and humid, as there is no

kitchen had no metal cutlery, only plastic. the place smelled a bit strange, like stale smoke.

we had to go to corporate to get a refund on the so-called pet deposit

i like the kitchen in it too

all the extended stay/suites hotel that provided a kitchenette they supplied the pots, pans, utensil, etc, when

noisy in the rooms surrounding me, very noisy parking lot- car revving very late, arguments, loud crowds, a

pet friendly

a vegetarian and i ordered breakfast at the restaurant and it just wasn't good at all

no room service. dirty sheets and comforter.

made using the bathroom with my kids in the room a little awkward

clean, great breakfast options and food was good

it's so beautiful inside! the bar was awesome. staff was great.

unexpected charges when i arrived no parking no valet parking and pet charge i was totally upset

price, location. pet friendly, pet fees were reasonable

place was always spotless. like the gym laundry was free

complimentary laundry was also appreciated

accomodations were great, the gym, the laundry facilities and the overall comfort was great ud83dude03 so nothing

restaurant could offer more meal options breakfast, lunch, and

the bed and pillows were so soft i can't wait to come back this summer with he kids

after 2 hrs and family with small kids could't sleep pass midnight, finally they agreed to change room

great for kids

vending machines and very expensive mini bar

the indoor pool, pet friendly, and location

decided to go to the spa and the hot tub was no working

to swim, didn't know about booking time for the pool

very nice lobby area with nice bar and coffee shop

it was really cool to be able to see the stadium from the gym as well

there was a charge for early check in- we were looking to check in 4 hrs early- women at the front desk said

the walls are a bit thin, so it felt like we were babysitting the kids next door.

the room next to us was so loud with a lot of kids in it

wish it had parking included. more towels. the pool is very small but the kids enjoyed it.

the location, friendly staff, comfortable room, pool, patio, fitness center, breakfast, and cleanliness

fact that there were no complimentary water bottles in room and the fact that the restaurant bar in the hotel

a lot of kids in lobby playing

the bar opened at 4pm ..lol should be sooner

checked out on easter sunday, kids were happy for the whole day with the little treat and toys they got

no bar soap in room

wish there was a spa and a fireplace

i liked that there was a whiskey bar downstairs

the price, a heated pool, hot tub or spa service on premise would have been nice

staff, room service, decor

we ordered room service for breakfast. it was expensive but not very hot, or especially good.
