pool wasn t for kids and i had a very excited kid for a swim

decor, great scent, friendly staff, fast and early room service, lovely food and

breakfast was very good, from buffet style, to order from the menu

the room was lovely and cleaning breakfast was lovely in the morning staff are friendly

wellness- nothing better than spending time in the pool or two saunas after a cold windy day gym - spacious,

the hotel's fault perhaps, but i used the free wifi which was 'unlocked' and it would seem some external person

what's not to like??? brilliant location ,great helpful staff great parking and fantastic food

bit of traffic noise if you're a light sleeper wifi isn't

the wifi didn't work in the rooms only down fall of the stay.

would have liked bar food a bit later.

special recognition for the staff, who helped park the car, find a tour, access the wifi -- super pleasant and

floors with bathroom, bedroom and a small living area on the first floor and a second bedroom and kitchen upstairs

well equipped kitchen with free chocolates and cereal

kitchen and living room access, hot shower, bathroom and very comfortable bed, and a top notch host

wifi was reliable and fast

as we had a wedding, i requested early check in and somewhere were we could get changed prior to the ceremony

spotlessly clean, our room was very comfortable and quiet, the staff are all so friendly and the breakfast is

very poor wifi, elevator didn't work, loud noise from guests and nearby rooms.

staff very helpful plenty of parking

the 4/5g in the area is a little slow but the wifi internet was amazing, super speedy

no kitchen, ofcourse its only b&b so can't expect more

leisure centre staff chatted away & made me a cuppa as i waited for the kids coming out of the pool

facilities looked excellent great pool and well equipped gym

a little cooler than some other hotels but the kids had a ball and didn't want to leave

the pool was ok freezing though

and, unfortunately my last night there, kids were running around and being loud outside my room, but i called

we had 4 young kids, one with additional needs and the team went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble

other restaurant but as a whole the place is extremely family friendly and there’s loads for kids to do

however the coach house bar and grill was a good substitute

kids facilities are brilliant too - although it costs extra for most of them

i got from room service was very poor but the service was fast and efficient

wifi in room not secured by password for residential use only

plenty of room for parking, arrived with my mum and sister who are disabled and was able to park right outside

site parking and hairdresser/barber

the pool was spacious & had inflatables for kids

had i been going to use the gym then i would have agreed

very near to kids great days out. nice hotel, great swimming pool.
