hotel wifi keep dropping out and stopping working completely during the night

we had kids with us but there’s nothing for them to do at this hotel

staff friendliness n extremely helpful beautiful selection of breakfast

the room was absolutely perfect and the tv room and kitchen area were perfect

areas could have been cleaner - sheets, floors, kitchen, etc

parking outside, very close to city walls & city centre

room was absolutely perfect very worm the kitchen and sitting room aswell i'm sure i ll stay here again next

and hospitable and the place was in easy reach of the town, had all the facilities at hand and a kitchen and

wifi could have been better in the apartment.

lovely restaurant and bar with well priced food and drinks

ideal for a couple as it has a bedroom, small shower room, living room and kitchen

the wifi was non existent

is tiny, if you were a larger person you d struggle to get through the shower door, if you have kids, forget

the breakfast was outstanding too, considering it was complimentary, i expected pastries and coffee,

friendly staff and bar next door was handy

smelly dark shower curtain really dirty ripped and just needed binned no wifi signal in room not a 4 star

found the location off the hotel excellent, staff were friendly, facilities were good, breakfast next morning

very friendly, helpful staff comfortable room and bar spa and swimming pool a real bonus

ordering room service was quite difficult and some food was cold

suite and it was at the end of the corridor where lift is so didn't really have the best sleep kids did ok in

ordered room service and was charged 16

rooms were lovely, food was great and spa was so relaxing

evening we arrived and a christening taking over the whole bar on the next day the saturday with kids running

a good evening meal but was surrounded by uncontrollable kids running about whose parents didn t seem bothered

heating was temperamental and wifi was not consistent for work purposes

here as the atmosphere , staff and food was excellent and a joy to behold , plenty of free parking , we will be

call lewis who couldn’t do enough for us he has an amazing manor with everyone of all ages for kids to oaps

very nice breakfast and bar restaurant.

there is a small kids pool which is totally safe meaning i can get a swim in the big pool too

hosting live entertainment the bar area isn't set out too well for that but if you can get a seat near it then

the smoke alarm tho it was broken when we arrived the staff was so rude because we didn t need room service

we stay in the tassie regular with the kids and we love it

outstanding venue with a quiet room, large bathroom and excellent restaurant and bar on site

the bar staff helpful, friendly very relaxing place

where very friendly one member of staff in the bar made our stay most enjoyable interacting with kids and making

kids running about the hallway this would put me off using here again, it's a shame as it's a

super room and charming staff. secure parking for our motorbikes. very happy

loved the hospitality from staff on reception and paul (owner/manager) they accommodated early check in for us

i requested late check out so we could use the leisure facilities the morning after our stay & the property

went for my birthday and i loved it i really love the pool and spa it was amazing i would definitely go back

food was lovely comfortable bar to sit in

lovely pool area and the gym area was great with all the top machines you would need

hob in kitchen but couldn't use it as no pots/pans

cant fault anything rooms where massive kids had their own wee room with twin beds and then we had our room so

one specific experience i had was that the hotel information claims that room service sandwiches are available

very good free wifi - the most important thing for the teenagers
