wifi in room not secured by password for residential use only

we had both breakfast and dinner and food was very good

no fridge in room. couldn't get the heat turned down was too warm. room service stops at 9.30.

the car park was intimidating with kids hanging around the stairwells

right in centre of town, parking was easy with a pass provided to come and go, the room had a kitchen, which

food was delicious staff helpful bed and accommodation was excellent was also given early check in ,will definitely

in the bar was amazing

the parking at the hotel grounds was very limited even with the extra parking across the road.

a minor issue when arrived but was sorted in no time, wifi had a bit of a blind spot and wasn't always working

the new bar was very nice, open fire was blazing and the food in the restaurant was lovely.

pool was the best about the hotel for us personally as we have young kids so that was a hit

items at breakfast and dinner tasted a bit stale, wifi wasn't working 50% of the time, restaurant menu was so

would have liked a swimming pool.

on second night was cold, told the waiter he took my dinner into the kitchen and it was heated up in a

down side i have is a personal preference i wish the pool was warmer during my stay

room service stops at 930 pm together with the restaurant, it does not appear you can have food

staff upgraded our booking at no longer xtra charge. lovely gym excellent breakfast

food was excellent and the kids had a blast in the pool

they were understaffed for the bar food understaffed and under trained ...food was lovely though

wifi was a bit erratic but survivable
