i had booked a unit with a separate bedroom and a kitchenette which i thought was on the ground floor

there is nice sized kitchen in the room so for a longer stay than ours it would be worth it to take advantage of but we

highway inside it was quiet and though not the brightest space there were nice amenities like the kitchenet, locally sourced coffee, tv and a shower with really great water pressure would

faucet in the kitchenette was so loose you needed two hands to manipulate it

my kids favorite was the indoor pool and hot tub, which was a very short walk from our room

breakfast was as expected for a continental. the room was comfy and clean. staff was friendly

street and a great value with a lot of space, beautiful furnishings and well equipped in the kitchen

while the kitchenette in the room was nice to have they did not offer dish towels to wash the dishes and

one can control, walkable to downtown nanaimo in minutes, a breakfast/lunch restaurant off lobby, laundry service for a modest fee

tight and first come first served style, a bit of noise in our room since we were it seemed over laundry facility or something because our room shook constantly

the harbour front and the main town centre room was lovely and modern excellent swimming pool and gym on ground floor parking over the road for 9 can dollars, so very

beautiful new and clean hotel ,one of the only hotels with a pool and hot tub

were accommodating with early check in, super pet friendly, beds were nice and well kept

pet fee was just because i brought my dog

excellent room and kitchenette with all necessary cooking paraphernalia

we didn’t have exact coins for laundry. hot tub didn’t work.

good gym center, good breakfast, good room facilities (very big room with microwave&refrigerator)

would like fresh fruit cut up at breakfast and a bit better gym

breakfast offered something for everyone

we did our laundry. the machines were like new and very clean
