wifi worked in the bar but sporadically in the room

needed anything at reception you needed to walk back and forth from room to recepfion desk, no room service facility, no drinking water available in rooms, no mini fridge in rooms, air

disabled parking was very difficult and spaces beside hotel door was sealed off.

breakfast was excellent - great views and good parking

breakfast options were varied and portions large

bar and restaurant were both very good, food was lovely and cocktails were fab, specially the porn

at the swimming pool/gym kept changing the rules regarding kids age 10 attending the pool without a parent

a 2 star would be sub standard parts of it is just the decor & well worn setting in the front bar however the rooms are of a 4 star quality ( brand new refurbished) there is alot to

were very friendly food in main bar was excellent enjoyed steak ,breakfast was great also ud83dudc4d nice place in the country side

enjoyed a very relaxing day at the spa followed by lovely food in the evening

the outdoor spa is fabulous and a real bonus in warm weather

just a night away from kids for sleep, but i'd not recommend it to my friends for a fancy weekend etc

at reception told us breakfast ended at 11 but it finished at 10, staff doing room service could of engaged more but walked in and walked back out again, food arrived at room

staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were tidy. room service very fast and efficient

the kids enjoyed it which is the most important thing but bare in mind it will be busy

staff made our stay even better, kids loved the pool,bouncing castle and kids club was brilliant

room was exceptional for the price. breakfast great. dinner good.
