accommodation food pool everything was great

everything was fantastic and staff was amazing colleen the bar woman was brilliant at cocktails

wifi signal not the best always

no information in the room what so ever, had to guess reception number to find out if room service was available

didn't like when i called for room service for a jug of water with ice i would have to pay 10 euros for it

the food in the bar was fantastic. the one man band on saturday night was superb.

my stay was brilliant and the breakfast was great

allow us a slightly later check out with seemed extreme as one adult showering and dressing three kids plus myself by 11 is tough, and a bit of empathy would of been nice

at rue and kirk welcomed us and seated is at our table in the bar, decided to stay here based on friendliness of staff, was welcomed by kirk again at check in

unfortunately the sports bar was undergoing renovations during my visit, but good to see there is constant improvement going

the bar area is nice and open but cosy

the hotel's fault perhaps, but i used the free wifi which was 'unlocked' and it would seem some external person was accessing it as my email

hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate my request for early check in, as i was attending a wedding nearby, to the extent of even ringing me that morning

very limited to evening telly which is nice to have when travelling with smaller kids

didn't see much shops around and no kitchen available, so better be prepared or pack your own food

place, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the owners were lovely and the kitchen facilities were good

no kitchen, ofcourse its only b&b so can't expect more

they packed us breakfast to go because we went to the open &dis our wet laundry for us

kitchen for guest was a little bit small (think that it a a complementary service) we were four and

would be nice to have a swimming pool or tennis court ?

it would be even better if it had a pool/spa but there was a jacuzzi in the room

was very nice and clean and wide corridors,attention to detail and of course the reading room,breakfast fabulous,and the bar food was very good,loved the area where we eat the bar food,ambience

spa treatments were lovely with the addition of afternoon tea

leisure centre staff chatted away & made me a cuppa as i waited for the kids coming out of the pool

the bed was very comfy and the staff were excellent, room service was quick and decent prices

room was spacious and relaxing although could do with a slight modern update, good shower, room service was good replacing towels and bedding, hotel was quiet, staff in hotel and restaurant

early check in available very friendly staff fantastic breakfast

reception early check in airy well presented room in a quiet location just a few minutes to town large

location was good with golf facilities which we used a few times.
