the style if the hotel, the colours of the furniture and layout of same, the staff were friendly, breakfast was

as the first time while we had no kids with us we wore treated with upmost respect

was in contact early looking for late check out and again were very helpful on this

elli in the reception and ed from the bar really looked after us

the cocktails in the bar are amazing, my partner likes an old fashioned cocktail, and even tho i don't think

wifi didn t work

wifi was poor - couldn t connect

super-clean, modern, accessible, and a pool! food was excellent and good value

no internet on the wifi, only 3 channels on the telly and breakfast was quite cold.

everything was great. location, pool, kids entertainment were all fabulous

our room has almost no wifi

stay in a castle room with view of the walled gardens and golf course

the castle itself is gorgeous for a drink at night beside the fireplace and the rooms are very comfortable

breakfast is served on the second floor and is nicely done

the spa was delightful and a perfect way to end a two week honeymoon

there was a distinct lack of information available as regards parking, the items provided in the mini bar and

was extremely noisy, kids were running up and down the hall at all hours of the night

wifi signal wasn't great around some areas of the property.

lack of service for the rooms- no room service , no water in the rooms, a clogged shower

great location, free parking, convenient access to the motorway

however the wifi was very poor in our rooms which caused big issues for our three kids

the infinity pool looking over the garden area was calm and relaxing

staff are brilliant, food amazing, only way to get the kids to leave was to promise to

the hotel layout was good, good parking facilities

apart from a party of school kids who raced up & down the corridors a few times but nothing to seriously disturb

facilitated an early check in so i could get ready for a wedding that i was attending

spotless room , hotel had parking to the rear and was in the town centre.

parking was difficult to find initially the parking is not on-site but around the roundabout and

parking was a bit hard to find and at that there wasn t much of it so i would say a better

we ran out of toilet paper that had not been replaced, bathroom in terrible condition, no tv, no wifi, no kettle

breakfast was continental and my kids were delighted with it

we stood outside in the cold with our two small kids for about an hour not knowing what was going on

the pillows! too hard. the room service food.

the bar and entertainment was a wonderful welcome to

place with a great golf course and lovely pool/spa area

bar shutting at 2am disappointing but we were at a wedding all weekend so it was great service and

played golf on the two days and thoroughly enjoyed all facilities within the mount juliet

room, dinner restaurant very nice, easy access for luggage, parking nearby, green landscapes
