the castle itself is gorgeous for a drink at night beside the fireplace and the rooms are very comfortable

stay in a castle room with view of the walled gardens and golf course

breakfast was great, dinner at the golf club was so tasty, we had a lovely experience in the spa

breakfast is served on the second floor and is nicely done

no pool in hotel but you do have leisure centre access

wifi was erratic tv had a few channels and reception on rte1 was

smallest of faults but we booked the bistro but were told we could only sit in the bar as they did not have

the only thing i would say is that wifi is not great enough for streaming anything in the room.

lovely girl in the spa gave me a glass of prosecco for my birthday, and gave a fab massage

not ideal on a couple night away from kids
