the staff was very nice but not adequately trained on the wifi system or local shops/restaurants

the amenities were incredible and having the bar and shucker downstairs was perfect for our stay

staff very flexible and helpful even with kids

is the second time we ve stayed with hotel petaluma, and we will continue to stay here because the price can

checked in too late to enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant, but they both looked good

it was so worn down and dirty. the sink and tub had hairs. the pool had a lot of algae.

she was very helpful with the early check in which was possible (not guaranteed)

laundry room on premises was handy (if pricey), tho 3 out of 5 washers were out of order

were quite disappointed that the pool was not open, as we had booked the stay based on that amenity

breakfast, food not fresh, made us sick all day rickety stairs, broken vending machine pool not as clean

broken stairs but otherwise parking was easy, staff were super nice and friendly, the breakfast fit the bill,

we had a pool party and everyone was friendly

really like that there's a laundry room for the guests who stay here

the property was immaculate so beautiful the decor the room the spa everything was just

the way salad bar was set up

have told others about the good service, big room, and of course the breakfast

pet stay fee was reasonable compared to luxury hotel across the freeway

pool and hot tub were not working

their laundry is not available so is not convenient for us

parking is tricky sometimes. lots of work trucks that take up two spots, etc.
