will start out by saying i asked for an early check in an hour request was given to us

in the room, from the lamp's electrical plug in, to the frig, to items in the bathroom, to the wifi

the wifi is weak and often it is non-workable.

wifi signal - not reachable in the room, so for a wifi we needed to walk out and get closer to the

wifi was not working and the staff weren't very interested in getting it fixed.

the rooms were spotless, friendly staff, easy parking, grounds were clean and kept up.

we got a balcony on the fifth floor, which overlooked the pool

the only good thing i can say is that is was it was warm and dry, with plenty of parking

from the inside, i know it s out of the hotels control but unsavory people loitering in the parking

the exterior is a little run down; stairwell and parking lot seem aged.

a small, beautiful property with a gorgeous patio with olive trees, a pool, and lots of lounge seating

other than that a really nice place to stay or a spa day with the decent tub (jets not very effective) but

we will definitely be back, and we re very excited to hear they are opening up their own bar onsite

in the morning we had an amazing chef prepared breakfast

i'd like an earlier start for breakfast, but that's only because i had to be somewhere by 9 a

to see if there is music playing in the neighborhood that might affect parking or ambience of the place

was a nice kitchen with microwave but without any kitchen utensils

my husband and daughter are seriously allergic to animals and i naively booked this 'pet friendly' hotel and

i loved the decor and the fact that the hotel rooms were upgraded and pet friendly

wifi worked well

when asked what happened, we were told room service was very limited because of the virus

when i reserved the room, i originally thought the breakfast would be similar to a standard continental, however

loved our fireplace on the patio, the bed sheets were so soft and the breakfast offerings were wonderful

the breakfast was great and fresh. super close to everything. the staff was very friendly

liked everything about bergson's room 102 queen size bed, the location, stuff, parking, proximity to the center

this hotel also comes with breakfast and i was concerned that it was outside however the heated fireplace was
