early check in

they were accommodating for a late check in and a late check out

my family there was only three good things about this stay, we got early check in without anything extra; the check out person was very sweet

ask for some change to do laundry late in the evening from front desk and they make u feel as if your a nuisance

can even deal with the hot air inside the lobby and indoor areas due to the laundry and whatnot

the maintenance man coming in my room to get laundry and stole my pack of cigarettes!!

the drink vending machine was broken as well as the laundry supply vending machine

only that the pool wasn?t open.. that?s all

the room was ok and there was a free breakfast and a nice swimming pool!

they had a pool.

checkout the pool was clean and the front desk was very respectful

the price of the room because it came w kitchenette.

electricity kept going in and out and there were many tiny roaches in the room even in the walls, kitchen table, multiple in the floor

the location is great, and a fully stocked kitchenette was perfect

easy to get around room at night when i needed to get to kitchenette or bathroom

a shuttle available across the street would have been great!

was not able to pick out any of the items so to say the least kids did not get anything they liked

the breakfast was delicious and the staff was so kind

key cards would not operate at outer doors no biscuits/gravy on breakfast bar

the pool was an excellent addition to our stay and our kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves

the swimming pool didn't have any steps to step into the pool

pool was very clean to swim in

spacious bedroom with door, 2 baclconies, 2 tvs, full kitchen w/breakfast bar, living area & work area w/desk

close to all attractions and nice pool area!

wish the pool was cleaner but i still swam in it.

the laundry room was awsome

room service and food was excellent

walking distance to att stadium lobby bar was awesome

everything was really clean and so nice. the pool and pool staff were wonderful.

food in italian and pool side restaurants was not good.

the hotel gym was awesome and better than my club gym

couldn't reach them to get the shuttle.
