early check in

my family there was only three good things about this stay, we got early check in without anything extra; the check out person was very sweet

ask for some change to do laundry late in the evening from front desk and they make u feel as if your a nuisance

can even deal with the hot air inside the lobby and indoor areas due to the laundry and whatnot

the maintenance man coming in my room to get laundry and stole my pack of cigarettes!!

the drink vending machine was broken as well as the laundry supply vending machine

that evening i went to the pool and i came to get new towels because she did not tell me at check in i needed to ask for pool

breakfast was kind of bland and never enough but it was a busy weekends

there is a fire pit in the back by the outdoor pool

the pool was an excellent addition to our stay and our kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves

gym facility

bed & pillows were awesome & the employee at the bar was very friendly & the chicken quesadillas were excellent

the pool was never crowded either

shuttle service to and from airport and outside shuttle option to concert venue made our trip

left too early for breakfast. bed was excellent. pool refreshing

i always stay here because their shuttle to dfw airport is very convenient

they were accommodating for a late check in and a late check out

the laundry room was awsome

wife loved the outdoor sitting space and bar

very small gym with some equipment not working

food service at the bar was slow.

24 hour gym and indoor pool was a great addition

spacious bedroom with door, 2 baclconies, 2 tvs, full kitchen w/breakfast bar, living area & work area w/desk

the swimming pool didn't have any steps to step into the pool

the staff was friendly and the pool was nice. a/c worked great.

checkout the pool was clean and the front desk was very respectful

the room service team gave you the current delivery time to the room which wasn't too long and they

weather was bad and we could not use the pool because it was super cold, and there was a day the kids club was not open due to staffing

people that work at the hotel make it the best from the shuttle van drivers from getting picked up and offers a bottle of water to getting dropped off

a gentleman by the name of roger went above and beyond helping me with a flat tire in the parking lot was able to repair my tire on the spot and humbly would not even accept any

some earlier reviews mentioned break-ins of cars in the parking lot, so i asked staff when was the last time that happened

was not my first time staying here did it one time before i always rent the superior king with spa love that room just spent 3 days here with my fiancee we just celebrated our 1 year anniversary

bag for dirty laundry

the room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub spa was absolutely worth it

lit parking lot and room to park our truck with horse trailer

coffee machine, laundry room needs to be upgraded , need to add more washers and dryers, would like to see the time
