was able to get an earlier check in no problem. the pool was great and the spa is wonderful

out to hotel employee, who went above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience in the kids club and at the pool

there was no crib available for us. the kids playroom was very uncomfortable temperature wise.

bar staff were very awesome

only thing we were concerned about is the pool where it says that its 4ft its actually deeper and the drop off are very sudden as the pool

brazilian steakhouse and on the border restaurant, and less than a mile from pappadeaux seafood kitchen

kitchen didn’t even have the basics like silverware

the fitness center is a plus

the fitness room is nice

the fact that there were just a few parking spots in front of the hotel.

the bar and grill have great prices with delicious food, room service is a reasonable

the breakfast was very good, the facility was exceptionally clean and parking was adequate.

i had lots of fun there my kids swam at the pool

we wished the breakfast was served later in the morning.

the room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub spa was absolutely worth it

the bed was uncomfortable, not all the spa tub jets were functioning properly

suit with spa is great but i wish they would have a better bigger towels and better bellows the spa tub was

coffee machine, laundry room needs to be upgraded , need to add more washers and dryers, would like to see the time
