wifi is poor... breakfast not available through staff illness

the evening of our stay, they recommended nearby places and let us eat our takeaway in the back bar in comfort

especially given that i was asking for an early check in, my bags being put in my room and everything else

parking, near town centre, quirky decor, the staff were all particularly helpful and always had a

night stay, on the small side but a family room was available and plenty of outdoor space for the kids

the hostel is pet friendly and (well behaved) dogs are even welcome in the breakfast room

i tried farting to make it aware that i was there but i had to give up as my pet canary that i always take on

really god conditions - comfy bed and good shower. pet friendly with no extra charge !

from housekeeping, to receptionists, bar staff and those cleaning the windows

for one night as a little staycation for just me and my two small kids (5 & 2 years), and it was perfect

(my partner loved them though) and the spa bath would cool down incredibly quickly and was difficult to get to
