yelling profanities in the parking lot next to our room till 10:00 p

breakfast was very good

they woke us up several times in the night from maids doing laundry and vacuuming at 6am.

owner/manager was insisting i pay a $10 pet fee for an (indoor) cat due to the possible mess that the cat would

no room service the very first day of my stay

was poor, tv and wifi was not working upon arrival

parking lot was so small you almost needed a smart car

our pet loved the pillows

very clean, staff was nice and helpful and breakfast food was very good.

the pool is a hit for the kids after the drive

the pool could have been cleaner and bigger. more parking.

then the fact of needles out on property where you can step on them or your pet

asked for non-smoking room, got a smoking

stairs had ice and parking lot. heater was on cycle so i froze most of night.

wifi was decent enough for me to watch netflix on, on my tablet

up there was 3 police cars rite out side the property and a meth head girl walking through the parking lot bare

i did not feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot or spending the night in the facility

we ordered room service and the food wasnt great either, i would give it a

room smelled of stale smoke and kitchen grease

i loved the balcony ( scenery) and the pool

pool is beautiful but not relaxing when overrun with kids jumping and screaming.

the spa and pool were both closed : ( the ac was also very sad as it didn't blow very cold air even

went for cocktails at the bar and had great service

requested for extra plastic laundry bags and was told that the hotel didn't have any

however the pool was extra salty or something my kids complain about swimming for hours about how they're eye

room service was timely and delicious

one of the few hotels we could find in kc that has a (very nice) outdoor pool
