however the pool was extra salty or something my kids complain about swimming for hours about how they're eye

the only positive is they kept the parking lot lights on at night

it s in is sketch with a bunch of homeless people hanging about right outside the hotel parking lot

stairs had ice and parking lot. heater was on cycle so i froze most of night.

shower curtain dirty as well as the floors of the room which smelled tobacco and that was a non smoking

hotel employee behind the bar is a real pro

efficient staff, really good room service, location near the plaza is perfect, nice bar, outdoor pool and pet

room was spacious. bed was comfortable. breakfast was excellent. staff was friendly and helpful.

pool is beautiful but not relaxing when overrun with kids jumping and screaming.

however, i did enjoy bar in the lobby and the fitness center

didn't feel safe in parking lot at night

room could be cleaner - the but: no cutlery, no dishes, no pots or pans in an apartment with kitchenette

even tho there is a kitchenette, there is no cookware or utensils

appreciated the on-site laundry facility

were surprised that there was a small kitchen and table in the room

no restaurants in the immediate area, intermittent wifi at best.

i was afraid to stay there with my kids, yet i had to pay $100 to cancel my booking

no hot breakfast but with covid was expected, not a big deal though..
