i love the pool and hot tub, but the cleanliness gets neglected and overlooked.

had a lot of kids across from us making noise, letting doors slam but not terrible

dinner at spectators is a very limited menu, no kids meals, to much$$

bar staff at spectators over this weekend were horrible

the view was amazing and the tacos from the bar were delicious

requested room that had not had pets

spa was closed about half the time we wanted to use it.

kitchen and restaurant staff did not have good leadership

we had two kids in a room with trash and dirty

the room service staff was great too

have stayed here in the past and liked the amenities of the hotel and their pet friendly policy and location

there was a lot of adults drunk and dancing in a very vulgar way at the pool while there were kids

happy hour with don, breakfast with theresa. the pool was refreshing

hotel bar staff made fantastic cocktails and the decor of the lobby and bar is perfect for a 1920s

not seem very friendly with the exception of the check-in clerk who was fine (though no info on wifi was provided

the fitness center was well-equipped but the ventilation in that space is poor

the only thing we didn't like was no option of a hot breakfast in the hotel.
