of the rooms face an indoor enclosed area with the pool, gym, and food and drinks

the gym had very old machines that were pretty dirty

the gym could be better equipped.

we enjoyed the gym facilities and there was a good selection for the breakfast

soda fountain till 10pm, a swimming/gym area, breakfast and some snacks in the late afternoon

we were told due to high occupancy the wifi was glitching

parking garage has kids on those scooters available around the city

it also seemed to be near the laundry facility so it was loud at times

best gym i have ever experienced in a hotel

like that they have free wifi, i have stayed several places that make you pay

quiet hallways even with tons of kids staying there

unsupervised in the pool, therefore making that an unpleasant

unsecured wifi.

kids loved the trains/station decor

of four, the breakfast and kick back evening food was wonderful-great selection for adults and kids and staff

we asked for a late check out and they gave us an extra hour, free of charge

the fitness center is small, but just what you need to hold you over till you get to your gym

the enclosed outdoor spaces was nice for our kids to get out and run

the king room was not sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids

we needed more pillows and the staff had no key for housekeeping so one of our kids didn't have a pillow

not an area i would recommend for a family to stay, and they don't have a pool or anything for kids to do once

the bed was soft and the wifi worked well

opened the room for early check in.

i felt comfortable in the large parking area, numerous cameras around for security

never have to get bothered for housekeeping if you have a room payed for and also u get laundry on site for

the breakfast selection was awesome.

gym was tiny dark because lights were not working

did not get room service during my 8 day stay

it is arrogant and rude, just a pet peeve of mine

my kids also kept telling me the hall smelled like spoiled milk

walgreens and the beautiful shaw neighborhood (we walked the dog and enjoyed the houses) my three kids loved

i estimate saving $50 by utilizing the nightly kickback and breakfast for meals for the kids

it is pet friendly, so naturally there was some barking heard at times.

we didn't eat at the hotel but there was a bar and lobby area that had ample and comfortable seating to eat,

loved the room and ease of parking

enjoyed the free parking for guest offered by courtyard

needed to do laundry but the machines only took quarters and i had no cash

i also didn t know the pool would be open already

the only place to sit is a high bar stool, or a foot stool - again not the best for mature folk

pool was cold

was exceptional, but one thing was they didn t have indoor pool

the gym was gorgous and the illy coffee in the room along with ceramic cups was a bonus

the staff was incredible, from the custodians to the front desk to the bar staff, everyone was helpful and

some really hyper kids but that not the hotel fault

staff, kickback was great, location to everything we were trying to do, my kids loved the pool

the breakfast and the kickbacks in the evening were a nice way to save some money on meals

plus the 3 free drinks from the bar is a great perk

perhaps there weren t cheaper ones but the parking lot wasn t too full

key card for fitness center wouldn't work, had to get concierge to open it for me

breakfast was good too, had a choice of eggs, potatoes, smoked sausage cut up, waffles and oatmeal

room was clean and breakfast was good

parking was good. breakfast was unremarkable, i don't remember it.

clean. staff was amazing. enjoyed the hot breakfast and kickback.

sometimes the parking at night got a little difficult as well

breakfast and dinner with drinks i was able to get my kids together and have a couple drinks

desk multiple times to request bedding in order to use the bed but constantly told it was in laundry

returned from a concert and found no parking spots at all

chose this property because it was pet friendly and had a room with a jetted tub

parking lot is shared with another hotel and spaces were tight

wifi didnt connect the entire 3 night stay, tried calling to front room but no answer

also, the wifi kept disconnecting multiple
