were disappointed the beach bar wasn't open while we were staying (sun-tuesday) we were looking forward to a cocktail in that (-)outside beach bar was not open but there was a bar at the property next door (+) the bar fridge in the bungalow was fully stocked and available at cost to the room

too many kids, too many people that were loud and rude and obnoxious. ruined a great place

did not like the bar staff service, really disappointed me

got approached by the sales reps for the spa too many times for only being there 24 hours

they could use some more staff, and open the bar at the beach

for the adults at night no kids under 18 , during the day all the children swim around the pool bar area and you will get kicked by kids or you’ll catch them staring at you up close under water

access to casino should be more convenient. pricing could be lower.
