old air condition, it was not good, outside was colder than inside, noise outside from a parking lot, look like

have a low end night club on the parking lot right under the room, until 5 am people talking loud music car

impossible to find parking, bed sheets gave us all rashes, toilet made noise all night and the room smelled

a+++ will recommend and will defiantly be back. loved the free breakfast included .

was our wedding night, so the staff decorated the room with petals and champagne glasses even though it was not

the breakfast was good and the location is fantastic

also, we were charged extra because we had a view but our view was to the parking lot

the wifi wasn't great. i had to go out to the balcony to use it properly.

into the nature swimming pool really nice and open at night as well

the weekend it seems to be a popular place for pool parties, that is nice and fun on one hand, but noisy on

the swimming-pool was under maintenance but we were not going to use it anyway so it was not a problem for us

gated parking

wifi should be improved

the public areas are perfect with a big pool that was great for after exploring the nearby waterfalls all day

well maintained pool, nice landlord

friendly, great pool, nice place to stay on a monday night

the bathrooms and bedrooms with their lighting and furniture , lack of variety in the morning breakfast , the

breakfast was quite good, coffe wasn't big deal though, but still acceptable

the portions at restaurant are bit too small for the pricing ,also pool closes too early

breakfast was good, there not too mush variety of food but it s was good and the pescador and

was rude and inflexible when i asked to be able to check out 45min late in order to use their own spa facilities

wifi on and off

always love the restaurant bar city that's attached to the hotel

rooms ok, wifi ok, location ok but for feels more like 50 max

had a junior suite swim up room in the adults only area of the hotel called select

the select side was worth the extra $ if you enjoy peace and quiet and less crowded pools - a good amount of

regular resort is right next to the select area (adults only and private )

for them to get to that part have to go thru the select member main pool, getting to the point of having kids

there are plenty of places to grab drinks and the bar and staff are nice overall

got approached by the sales reps for the spa too many times for only being there 24 hours

didn't like the spa employees constantly trying to sell me services i also didn't like the fact that the internet

see any pool activities, bars are far away from the main pool

i want to especially and specifically thank the spa staff for helping me making my husband birthday extra

had mini jazzuu for adult's and to many kids were in it, and the rest of restaurant were closed

does not contain any sidewalks and the garbage for the entire complex just sits outside in barrels waiting to

difficult to park cause the parking lot were occupied.

entrance is at the parking of the property which was a little confusing but after i found it that was actually

pool size and view from room

was very clean but i felt like i was being pressured to buy shares so i stayed away from having breakfast not

staff were very helpful and friendly, the pool, though tiny, was scrupulously clean

we could use the kitchen but (we believe due to other guests) it was not so clean

the place is quite old and smell of old actually, the kitchen has no basic tools to use it

a room with a kitchen is better for longer stays

swimming pool was nice to sit

courtyard with pool

nice pool, wi-fi excellent and security first class

the property itself is very beautiful, with a refreshing pool and poolside bar

chica friendly , nice friendly staff & smoking

wifi was good

the hotel is nice, the price is really good and everybody liked the bar and the pool area

the pool, it's close to everything, central location everything is walking distance.

the pool has a lot of chlorine, it gives me allergic on my skin.

the best part was sitting at the bar watching nfl with people from different countries as the owner ian shared

excellent pet friendly, close to the beach and restaurants.

there is also bar open till 11pm, when you can meet people or drink some nice drink

the breakfast was delicious and locally sourced, and we had the pool all to ourselves

the breakfast was delicious and locally sourced, and we had the pool all to ourselves

the honor bar is a great perk

is a such great host, the place is beautiful and cared with love, nice pool and gorgeous garden

much of a drink selection at the pool bar and the wine was overpriced (no prices or menu offered

nice place and lovely pool . the manager there johnathan was so attentive .

pool needs a little tlc.

spend most of our time at the pool area and unfortunately no drinks are allowed at pool area

in front of the beach, the room, surrounded by the nature, food at the restaurant, the breakfast, amenities

we visited the spa and had great services

than 12 beautiful roof-thatched cabanas, 2 small intimate restaurants, a pool, a yoga temple, a spa cabana, and

the food was good specially the dessert my kids loved it

bar was repetitive and just bad (dry very undercooked burgers and hot dogs for three days straight)

often no cups for the tea or coffee at breakfast

you need bacon in all breakfast there were days no bacon

also, i thought it was a family type resort, they should definitely do an upgrade to the little kids pool

i loved that we got our own pool space.

food, not too much options about snack , parking was full , and not entertaining, not

the pool hours but it s understandable. everything else was wonderful.

almost had a bad ending to my night after a $300 spa day but hey i guess it all worked out

this of course didn t happen and when i arrived at the hotel they charged an extra $200 for the kids that i

free wifi that worked well all around the property

wifi, the ac in the main room was not working, the fridge in the room had only water, they had no room service

was to many people smoking around kids and is not good when you go with kids that have asthma i think they should

it was busy with lots of other kids

safe costs extra - should be included! wifi also bot really good and with extra costs.

parking was always available and inside the complex

breakfast was good

breakfast is great and room is cleaned everyday

they also provided us with secure parking for our vehicles

there is even a small gym

you can go back and forth between the ocean and the pool in a minute

wifi isn t very fast

the gym needs an update

wifi was very slow
