hate the fact that pet owners don t pick after them when they done

that you would accommodate my pet was really nice

the carpeting has been removed, which is a good thing, but then sounds echoed, like in an empty warehouse

no wifi no pool access. wish they had chicken soup in lobby.

staff went out if their way to assist with our tv streaming needs and to be kind to the kids

really clean and pet friendly. the kids love the pool!

staff were very friendly and helpful and there was free parking

they have smoking rooms, which i smoke but can live without doing it in my room for the night, so i chose one

pillows were not good. very, very slow wifi and needed to reconnect often.

we stayed in a room with a small kitchen and separate bathroom

but it was fine for what i needed: bed, bath, microwave refrigerator, wifi, comfortable bed, easy access to

walking distance to harvard. early check in.

the wifi was rather flaky, though when it worked it was rather high-speed.
