kid friendly, nice pool, free breakfast

be any more patient with our children one highlight was they do have a floor hockey room and the kids thoroughly

there was no wifi and the staff was extremely unfriendly

pillows were too small and too soft. parking space is troubling

the carpeting has been removed, which is a good thing, but then sounds echoed, like in an empty warehouse

passed out drunk in front of the 4th floor elevator late at night; blocked the entrance to the laundry facilities

in the room, no complementary breakfast, just coffee for a few hours and you have to pay for wifi

laundry available in 24/7 staffed lobby so no security worries and change for machines always

was very clean, they have an outdoor pool and the location was great

room rate was higher than advertised - even allowing for taxes - and the wifi was extra; so it wasn't very cheap

they didn't give mgr the wifi info

staff is awesome, pool great, location great.

the breakfast had fresh and healthy options that we really liked!

loved the gym. the room was luxurious. loved it! will stay again soon!

my only issue was the breakfast was almost all very sweet items. everything else was perfect

parking in the back and having to walk around the building in the cold to check in

breakfast was great
