it’s not the ritz but for one night near my kids school it was fine

in the kids room

the kids were the sweetest things and i felt awful that they were left in that situation

its by i hop and on site laundry mostly polite staff

no iron micro wave laundry bags

there are new washer and dryers on the premises and i didn’t mind washing my laundry and sheets and towels

they had a laundry facility on site

easy check in/out and flexibility for early check in

they accommodated early check in, very much appreciated

the restaurant and bar was unexpectedly quite good

we really enjoyed the hotel bar and restaurant

even the bar there was wonderful

loved the gym and the business centre as well as the ice machine

friendly, well-located, cafe next door, nice gym, comfy

everything was great including the gym - well equipped and clean. i’ll be back!

my experience with room service was very slow

great gym and breakfast

also a huge convenience deli with a complete kitchen service for hot breakfast n lunch meals only a block away

was clean and spacious, and everyone was really friendly, great access to tea and coffee in the kitchen too

one can talk with each other at a common kitchen space underground in order to exchange some information

no kitchen or microwave, could have used one.
