unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the pool, so can't comment on that, but all else was excellent

the pool area was nice and the breakfast selections were great

the only place to sit is a high bar stool, or a foot stool - again not the best for mature folk

but she was so professional and kind to my kids

when we checked in we requested late checkout and the front desk attendant happily gave us late check out and

the only amenity that is open is the gym and you have to schedule a time to use it

the bar and cafe were not open due to covid

the king room was not sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids

the chlorine in the pool was way too high and the water was murky

good location near hockey and soccer arena/stadium. parking was free which didn t hurt.

they allowed a late check out which helped our plans tremendously

was by laundry once workers came in i could not go back to sleep doors slamming loud conversations

there was small (about an inch long) hairs on the duvet on just the edge could have been pet hairs

there is $10 a day parking fee per day and pet fee of $20 per pet

the rooftop you couldn't relax for kids running in and out from pool area

they even gave our kids hot chocolate after an evening walk

always clean,the breakfast is variable and the food is so good and always brings good coffee,the gym and the

am not a pet owner and i am extremely afraid of dogs

great location for the arch. good gym and friendly staff.

on the 6th floor, which had a balcony that overlooked the 5th floor, where the dining area, gym, and pool area

soda fountain till 10pm, a swimming/gym area, breakfast and some snacks in the late afternoon

it's just not an area i would recommend for a family to stay, and they don't have a pool or anything for kids

there is no pool, fitness center, etc

breakfast was good but would have liked a bit more variety over waffles
