really, the leaf blowing machine was a bit noisy when guest were relaxing by the pool but minor detail

no microwave or kitchenette. traveling with kids they don t always want to eat out.

also not given a choice of what floor we wanted even though we had two kids

and believe, it is bang for your bucks the facilities were extremely clean and the restaurant and bar is outstanding

(kids room for a grown-ass adult) smh

no trouble finding parking on the property

everyone slept well and we loved having a full service kitchen

ladies, receptionists are always looking to make sure your stay is the most enjoyable, the bar staff are friendly and always happy to advise you on best places to go and or eat

laundry room on site, the reef restaurant food was excellent , loved the fish tacos and of course

loved the location, transportation is right outside, the whirlpool was wonderful to relax in along with the pool

of our stay and they arranged for another room so i could rest while the children played in the pool and enjoyed the activities of the lounge

being pedantic which i’m not there’s not a great food choice on the daily snacks / light meal bar menu but it’s not a huge issue & there are plenty of eateries nearby

the outside area has been upgraded and improved making it a joy whether lying by the pool, having a drink at the bar, or just relaxing in the seating area

not a fault really but would have just preferred the pool not to the front.
