location on a beautiful beach but with the added luxury of two pools and a jacuzzi spa area too

the pool was filthy and the kids pool was dangerous for the children who both cut their feet in it leading to us having to make

rooms are well equipped with plenty of towels, beach towels and robes and the kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay

i like the environment, the blue sky, the ocean view, the beach and it s safe for kids.

staff were very helpful. the cleanliness of the rooms, pool area and in general was very good.

really, the leaf blowing machine was a bit noisy when guest were relaxing by the pool but minor detail

this was great for our kids to get up an get straight out to the water

and believe, it is bang for your bucks the facilities were extremely clean and the restaurant and bar is outstanding

no microwave or kitchenette. traveling with kids they don’t always want to eat out.

perfect location, has its own beach club, mini market and massages as well as gym are all on site, staff was extremely friendly and welcoming

they have a kids pool and playground so the 5 year old was happy

bar prices expensive compared to other local prices

room was like an apartment with lounge/kitchen plus bedroom and dressing room so loads of space

lovely clean pool for dipping in

of our stay and they arranged for another room so i could rest while the children played in the pool and enjoyed the activities of the lounge

being pedantic which i’m not there’s not a great food choice on the daily snacks / light meal bar menu but it’s not a huge issue & there are plenty of eateries nearby

the outside area has been upgraded and improved making it a joy whether lying by the pool, having a drink at the bar, or just relaxing in the seating area

not a fault really but would have just preferred the pool not to the front.

the tropical gardens, old world charm, colonial furnishings, landscaped lagoon style pool, really everything from the koi carp to the peacocks make this place very special

great beach for the kids and they also loved the pool

the kids loved being able to check out the snorkel equipment and swim in the lagoon

ants on the kitchen counter top and on the dresser were annoying but manageable

after two hours i enquired as to what was going on only to be told the plunge pool was not going to be ready that day

gym was quite basic and the swimming pool is relatively small.

smokers in communal outside areas spoilt being near the pool but used beach instead

pool deck could do with a good clean as could the hand rail up to our room which had a lot of bird

accommodation was superb with comfortable beds, excellent ensuite bathrooms and well equipped kitchen

kitchen lacked some basics like coffee filters, oil, salt, etc
