we loved the most was the rooms, the lobby, the breakfast, the gym and the staff

wasn't sure what to do with the garbage since we couldn't have room service (due to covid) and i felt bad

they answered all of our questions--even somewhat funny ones asked by our group's kids

staff was very accommodating and helped us with an early check in and held our bags

$32 a day to cover bottled waters in the room, wifi, use of their business center, gym and coffee machine, and

the gym is excellent!

trip-wifi was good, but no place to sit at a desk to work on computer, so had to use the bed

went to the reception and the lady agreed - still the kids menu al-a-cart quantity is so small

we never were able to use it due to large amount of uncontrollable kids

in reception it is very slow to fill , very minor point as there was also water available in gym

bar prices were a little bit higher than we were expecting, but the quality of servide and drinks

we left our car with valet and walked to everything with our 3 kids
