i booked a smoking room and they gave my room away

i had to leave to do laundry someone was allowed to sleep under the

laundry on site. and safety.

missing 10 pound dumbbells in gym but the perks far outweigh ( no pun intended) the negative

good gym with machines, weights, and tv, which i enjoyed watching the football game while working out

isn't the best but a metro station is nearby, with free shuttle service to and from the station

especially in the common areas, gym and lobby

room was very clean and with all the amenities like coffee maker, mini refrigerator, wifi, study tables with

kids hanging out in the parking lot harassing guests

but what was most disturbing was the two roaches we saw in the kitchen when leaving monday morning

parking as it seems that there are some cars that have been in the parking lot for quite some time

$120 for a tire because i got trapped in a parking space, my tire ice cut a hole in my

spacious rooms, parking, amenities, nearby restaurants.

easy check-in and parking, liked using elevator since i was on 2nd floor.

we did not use the wifi we didn't have the

fact that they advertise a pool and hot tub and they no longer have either

breakfast, internet, parking, spacious room, cookies/coffee

there was not a pool like it was advertised

no wifi room linen and bedding was dirty one bed smelled like a homeless person slept in clothes

patched, the toilet had a cracked, room carpet was nasty, hallway and lobby floors were nasty, laundry room was

wasn't a bar in the hotel that appeared to be open for business, so i can't answer to that

accomadated a late check out on short notice and housekeeping organized our toiletries on the sink and gave me

nice gym, bar located on site and lots of lounge space

i didn't like ...you hotel doesn't have a swimming pool and room service.

the bar didn't stay open long enough

the bed was very comfortable the whole place was very clean the breakfast was great

the breakfast was also exceptional with alot of choices

breakfast is an amazing value, the full range of options at an actual restaurant, not the usual

chrome casting was a hassle since i had no service in the hotel so i had to rely on the spotty wifi

the ventilation system in the gym is not good.

the hotel is clean and safe it is not overly loaded with amenities (no pool or gym) but as far as i m concerned

due to covid, the hotel s breakfast was unavailable and daily room service was not available, which was

$32 a day to cover bottled waters in the room, wifi, use of their business center, gym and coffee machine, and

with kids that wanted downtime

the hotel does not have the option for breakfast - there is no kitchen or a space for a full breakfast spread

wish there was a soap bar for the washcloth, or a luffa provided for the body wash
