this was a staycation for us, and my kids were very disappointed

the pool was refreshing and during the day we pretty much had it all to ourselves

of us needed more towels, considering we used the pool twice, but this is a minor objection

over all in all we are easy to please and enjoyed our 4 night stay loved the location and the pool and parking as well

the price was reasonable. first floor room. swimming pool was open and looked clean.

would have liked to have had a coffee pot in my room and the laundry room was closed for repairs

the kitchen space was very helpful to have because we packed sandwiches for hiking

great hot breakfast staff made sure it was fresh

were in a suite with a mini kitchen, but there were no glasses (even in the bathroom), or cutlery

included breakfast was decent every morning with great service, which made it easy to get the kids fed and out to the slopes on time

the kids running day and night above us.

the staff was so friendly and welcoming. we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

everything was dirty: towels, sheets - covered with yellow stains (looks like an old blood after laundry) the floor, bathroom - everything dirty as well i couldn’t sleep on the bed because

breakfast was good with many options cereal hot or cold to scrambled eggs or waffle and sausage

bring quarters if you’ll want to use the laundry facilities - and your own detergent

having a laundry facility is absolutely fantastic

we wish the pool would have been open later and perhaps a hot tub

the downstairs bar is great with lost of seating but can get very busy on weekends

the spruce restaurant and corner bar are wonderful, absolutely love the food and amazing staff

only complaint i would have is that when i ordered room service one morning for breakfast, it was delivered in a paper bag, and the food was served in

room service was prompt, but there wasn t a huge variety available

other than that everything worked great, the breakfast was awesome and the location was perfection

also kitchen needed some more basics like forks and

beautiful creek just across the small road with a park, kids play equipment and a walking/bike path along the creek

there is a very nice restaurant and bar on site with additional options within walking distance

no breakfast or lunch and the bar isn’t open until the restaurant opens for dinner

mini bar as lacking options - especially considering no room service or vending machines
