a room with a balcony instead received a wheelchair room near the bar lobby area

there is a breakfast bar with outrageous prices for meal items

readily opened up the coffee bar during off hours

the bar guy closed at 9p even though time was 10p on weekends. other guest were there as well.

the pool wasn’t crowded, it was clean and nice to sit at

but you could hear kids in the pool or running around all night

all over the parking lot, weeds, broken bottles, looked like they were having issues with homeless

the breakfast left a lot to improve. the eggs were frozen, bagels seemed a little stale.

i didn't even feel comfortable after paying $600 but he's staying there and they stole my laundry i'll never go back there it was one of the worst experiences ever i will never go back to

manager never replied to my email or during my stay, they never refunded my money for the laundry mat, the discount was never applied to my stay there

the grounds were in a very poor state. pool looked like a swamp pond.

stay in essex a few only because of the early check in but the room is always very dirty from the sheets to the towels and the bathroom

(+) there are cafes, a bar and restaurants within the station (+) we also spent some time at the bar upstairs and it was very elegant (-) mini bar should be stocked and not empty (-) door opened right into bar area (+) also, the complimentary beverage at terminal bar and ease to get to bedroom
