we went there for the spa bath, but there were so many jets it was too much and water was spraying everywhere

the only slight negative is that we could have done with a lamp near the kitchenette area

the bunk beds for the kids were in a separate area off the corridor from the main room

the one on the floor we stayed on had a curtain with a kitchen sink, old decorating materials and forgotten

no separate bins for paper and plastic in the ckitchen, i had to take my waste with me to be green

travelling alone for business, and was told i would be able to order some food in the bar or have room service

again especially as it s a family room to keep some fresh milk in or a snack for my daughter as kids are always

below the hotel is the el sol, a tapas bar that serves good food

instructions of where the entrance is and the spa bath which was the main reason we got the room was very loud

downstairs is a spanish tapas bar which also serve breakfast for hotel quest

room service, upon our arrival we noticed there was not enough towels or face flannels, nor toilet

we didn't reserve our parking so enjoyed an inconvenience of walking with all luggage, kids, kids toys etc from

the breakfast bar offered great choice and the food is consistently replenished as needed

family rooms were a little small with two kids (6 and 9), but since we only slept there, it was bearable

in case if someone need to rush room size was good polite and friendly staff location and car parking

tried to add additional charges for bringing pets without fully being informed

and laundry left in the corridor for several hours/over night, floors and chairs not cleaned properly

pet friendly room but carpets were stained which was off putting - not what we expected given the

advertised as 'pet-friendly' but charging 25 per dog and night, which feels overly expensive.
