liked the breakfast and the pool

the kids didn't like the bathroom door as it didn't feel very private

wifi worked well

i also appreciate the convenience of free parking and the complimentary breakfast

we came to chicago by train, took the blue line to o'hare and we were picked up by the hotel shuttle

beds were comfy, location was ideal for the all state arena. the shuttle was a massive benefit

location ( right in front of the arena), it's clean and fresh. great vibe and great breakfast.

there was no daily room service to empty trash.

there is a laundry room on the grounds and restaurants and shopping malls everywhere

wifi code works only on one device st a time, you got to disconnect, enter the code on another

the laundry and ice were close but laundry always out of order

of the rooms smelled like someone had a pet in there at some point

all of their rooms have full kitchens, that includes full sink, full refrigerators, full microwaves, dish

the breakfast was remarkable

parking was very limited - ended up having to park on the street overnight - far from the entrance

breakfast was good and kitchen staff is exceptionally dedicated esp the head chef

modern, suite-style rooms are very nice, and the fully-equipped kitchen with stovetop is very helpful

the cost of parking nearby was steep.

got a room with an outdated tv that didn t work very well & the wifi didn t work in the room but thinking

maybe the hotel can make a rule for kids to be with parents at all times

asked for non smoking area and when we went to the room i can't breath due to cigarette stench and also have

expected a non-smoking room but got a smooking room

they were recovering the parking lot. very noisy and dirty. we had to park behind the building

it's pet friendly, great location, and the amenities are excellent

the room with 2 queens for our adult kids was great but our room wasn t ready until after 330 and we were
