we were given a great room close by because of my mobility issues we were also allowed early check in

the pool smelled clean (was a little cold but kids didn’t mind)

my kids loved the pool, it was a little small when other people were there but served its purpose

the breakfast was great with lots of choices, and we enjoyed it very much

one of the laundry rooms was under repair

bug in the laundry room, bathtub did not drain, the washer and dryer was having issues working correctly

by a busy laundry room and very noisy and had to be move two times and carbon monoxide alarm went off at 4 a

they were able to provide me with an early check in and had wine glasses when i asked.

paul helped me over the phone and the day of my arrival, the desk attendant allowed me an early check in, which was greatly appreciated

the free laundry and the like onsite store area in the lobby..

was piles of laundry and other items in the hallway that you had to walk around when others were coming your

no jacuzzi and indoor pool was small. so could get crowded quickly.

for the 10pm “quiet time” in the lobby area- it is a hotel- so the common areas that keep kids and adults having too much fun from others resting seems like the best

had some black substance in it that got stuck to my clothes so i couldnt do another load of laundry unless i wanted to ruin my clothes

the osu, nice room quiet and conformatable, and many options for food nearby, parking is plenty, breakfast is optional too exept plenty

i was terrified if i wasn’t with my kids i would stay in my car instead guess what

kids from the cleaning people running around they shouldn’t have there’s own kinds at work

reasonably priced. free breakfast to get our day started. polite staff.
