6am, called just to see if i could have my luggage held until check in at 3pm, they offered me an early check in right then at 6am for no extra charge and sent a free shuttle to pick me up

i just liked the location of the hotel, the ease of getting there and the pool and commons area was very relaxing

shuttle service to airport with to-go breakfast bags for early morning departure.

the breakfast could have been better and maybe have proper plates and cutlery.

shower set up was such that it leaked water all over the bathroom floor making a pool to mop up after every shower

our flight arrived early in the afternoon and we had no problems with the early check in process

i didn’t like that early check in was $50.

when arrived at front desk ask for early check in, this shuttle driver turn out to be desk manager, and gave me a room right away for

there was no dish soap in the kitchen

if anything at all would need improving, maybe a bigger pool

i had changes in my trip that required early check in and they were so kind and quick to help me

i love the floor in the rooms does not have carpeting. they have a great gym for work outs.

laundry sounds and very noisy upstairs combined with plane noises left me not sleeping super well
