was accommodating and allowed for early check in

weird smell in elevator and breakfast options were lacking

close to the train station& hot breakfast.

have opened up from our past months of covid, i appreciate that this hotel still keeps its pool & fitness center closed, & has a masked employee serve buffet items to guests, instead of guests

hotel has a really peculiar smell, there was a family with kids and they were running in the hall, screaming, the persons in the next room to us were so loud

we didn’t eat breakfast.

there was no water fountain , fitness room was a storage area , it was bare minimum facility

convenient for the location we needed . the staff called us for an early check in.

they let me do an early check in and offered me complimentary breakfast the next day

large rooms, well equipped fitness center, good starbucks at the bat and very friendly staff

the fitness center on the second floor had many treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights

nice, clean room! facilities were very nice (indoor pool, guest laundry)! (+) there was also easy access to vending, ice, laundry and exercise (-) i also did not like the paid parking ($12 per day) and the lack of laundry facilities for the guests (-) we had to use one of two tiny microwaves in the laundry room (-) if you had to pay a lot for it, i would expect there to be a laundry room and free breakfast, but there was none of that

what i liked most about the hotel was the pool area.

the mattress wasn't very comfortable. i was charged for wifi.

loved the early check in, because not every where can accommodate but they did, no problem

the enclosed outdoor spaces was nice for our kids to get out and run

did a great job accommodating early check in requests and late check out as needed for a very large group

the front desk customer service was outstanding, and we appreciate the early check in accommodations and the staff being very attentive to our needs during our stay

of the extras were a nice surprise: full hot breakfast, 5:30 kickback, popcorn and drinks for the kids

not only served a hot breakfast, but also served heavy snacks in the evening, as well

it offered free parking and free breakfast
