weird smell in elevator and breakfast options were lacking

have opened up from our past months of covid, i appreciate that this hotel still keeps its pool & fitness center closed, & has a masked employee serve buffet items to guests, instead of guests

convenient for the location we needed . the staff called us for an early check in.

they let me do an early check in and offered me complimentary breakfast the next day

the only thing is that the rooms need to be remodeled paint is chipping left money on the bed for room service but they did not clean the toilet or change my sheets had to call the front dess

options are limited and not a good value, especially for kids (under 12 yrs old) (-)they allowed 40 people/kids in their 15 person pool. yikes! (+) i also love that you all had wifi and nexflix that was a plus for the kids and (-)snack shop was closed when the kids needed a quick eat (-)in the hallway was overwhelming with no insulation, incredibly loud, kids screaming and yelling, people making a serious ruckus regularly going through the hallway made (-)loud kids running the halls banging on doors during late hours. (-) i was expecting a sitting area for the kids to have space to move (-)kids running up down the hall, parking (-) there were around 50 kids in the pool (+)the hotel was beautiful the kids enjoyed the 2 pools food was good drinks were good.

not an area i would recommend for a family to stay, and they don't have a pool or anything for kids to do once you get back to the hotel

was surprised we didn’t have a mini fridge. was disappointed the pool wasn’t in operation.
