check in time was late we had a wedding and had to pay extra for an early check in

communication with hotel was great as we needed an early check in and upon arrival and checking in was seamless

we thought we had a good start when they allowed us a very early check in, because we were absolutely soaked, but it went downhill from there

were staying as we had a function at 1pm, we requested early check in and was advised they would ask the housekeeper to have our room ready and they did,

i had an evening meal in the bar & that was tasty & again the staff were attentive & friendly

let me have a late check out which was really nice of them
