room service was bad and don't ever touch minibar!

live music outside of jasper s bar patio as well as tommy bahama s will definitely be back

front desk was extremely helpful and the bar employees were friendly

check in & out was very easy and i liked they offer early check in & later checkout (for a fee of course)

also, the floor around the soda dispenser was sticky, which i believe could’ve come from the kids being up late last night

i enjoyed the cocktail/dinner, i was able to get late check out when requested, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, will definitely stay here

excellent breakfast, friendly staff, clean facilities. great pool for kids

bradley was everything bradley from accommodating a early check in

i do not understand if they have the room available, why not allow early check in without the extra fee

room with one washer/drier for the whole hotel is not enough, especially when you arrive for kids soccer tournament and have lots of dirty clothing each day

i really enjoyed my room and the hospitality of the staff. the gym was nice, esp being 24/hrs

i used their gym-not huge but had ellipticals and treadmills and maybe 1 stationary bike

early check in

never get response about early check in, nor cancellation. i ended up paying twice.

are gonna hang around the local shops until a room was ready - the staff member kept repeating an early check in fee

wish room service was available, they were short staffed :

i wish there was some sort of breakfast served.

mobile check in was nice. early check in was better.

my room had a decent sized kitchen and fridge, 10/10

is one of the best most professional cleanest hotel i've ever stayed in and for the price with breakfast for two people and the luxurious accommodations having a bedroom separate from the living

the only negative thing i can say is at breakfast my son had a sour milk.

they close the pool at 8pm. wish they'd have it open early as in 5am - midnight.
