check in & out was very easy and i liked they offer early check in & later checkout (for a fee of course)

my kids and i were at the pool there was another family with kids playing which was great until a really creepy man kept

so there was a lot of yelling and screaming from the kids having a good time which is completely understandable next time i will know to ask for a

never get response about early check in, nor cancellation. i ended up paying twice.

are gonna hang around the local shops until a room was ready - the staff member kept repeating an early check in fee

the pool is quiet and beautiful

the staff was excellent and the breakfast every morning was stupendous

i do not understand if they have the room available, why not allow early check in without the extra fee

i used their gym-not huge but had ellipticals and treadmills and maybe 1 stationary bike

in our room we had a sofa bed. the kids complained and wish it could of been more confortable.

they had a easy grab-n-go breakfast which was perfect for the kids as well as coffee and a bar

is one of the best most professional cleanest hotel i've ever stayed in and for the price with breakfast for two people and the luxurious accommodations having a bedroom separate from the living

the only negative thing i can say is at breakfast my son had a sour milk.

they close the pool at 8pm. wish they'd have it open early as in 5am - midnight.
