i do not understand if they have the room available, why not allow early check in without the extra fee

staff was terrific, the room was large and clean, the breakfasts were excellent, and the location was very convenient

the drapes did not keep the sun out in the morning, there were no menus in the room, no room service, the restaurant did not serve anything to eat after 11pm as they stated and is

loved the breakfast, the late check out and the quiet location hotel was very clean and safe

are gonna hang around the local shops until a room was ready - the staff member kept repeating an early check in fee

never get response about early check in, nor cancellation. i ended up paying twice.
